THE LUBRICANT AVAILABLE IN YOUR PETROL OR DIESEL ENGINE IS THE MEDIUM THAT DELIVERS MICROSCOPIC PARTICLES OF TUNGSTEN DI-SULPHIDE (WS2) BETWEEN THE MOVING PARTS OF YOUR ENGINE. WS2 PARTICLES ARE SMALL ENOUGH TO EMBED THEMSELVES INTO THE INTERGRANULAR STRUCTURE OF THE METAL. NOT ALL PARTICLES WILL BE EMBEDDED IMMEDIATELY, BUT WILL BE PUMPED BACK THROUGH THE ENGINE FOR CONTINUED APPLICATIONS. YOUR OIL FILTER IS DESIGNED TO PREVENT PARTICLES OF APPROXIMATELY 25 MICRONS IN SIZE, SO NO PROBLEMS HERE AS PARTICLE SIZE IS 0.06 μm OR LESS THAN ONE MILLIONTH OF A METRE!
WS2 IS THE MOST LUBRICIOUS AND SLIPPERIEST COMPOUND AROUND TODAY. IT IS ALSO THE MOST STUDIED PRODUCT BEING USED FOR MANY OTHER APPLICATIONS.
SUFFICE TO SAY, IN YOUR ENGINE THIS MEANS DECREASED FRICTION WHICH CAN ONLY LEAD TO REDUCED WEAR AND EXTENDED ENGINE LIFE.
TungSlip 200ml
WS2 powder is a heavy product and will not stay in suspension in liquids when stored for a period of time. To ensure all TungSlip™ product is mixed thoroughly and you benefit from all the product you have purchased do the following:
1. Shake TungSlip™ vigorously until the particles mix as thoroughly as possible.
2. Remove cap and mix further with provided stirrer thoroughly.
3. Pour half the contents into the oil reservoir of the component you are treating. i.e. where you fill the enfine with oil.
4. Replace the cap and shake the bottle again.
5. Invert and look at the base. You should see no product remains. If there is, do the following;
6. Top up the bottle with 100ml of your choice of engine oil and shake again and stir to mix all the product.
7. Retain the bottle for other uses or dispose of thoughtfully.Adding more TungSlip is not beneficial. Each bottle will treat 4 to 6 litres of lubricant. If you have a smaller requirement, after mixing thoroughly following the Instructions For Use, calculate how much you need to add. e.g. 2 to 3 litres = 1/2 the bottle.
